Recovery plan involving the restoration and redevelopment of an 18th-century rural farmhouse complex located within the protected area of the South Milan Agricultural Regional Park, in the municipality of Pantigliate (Milan), for agricultural-related uses.
The project involves the restoration of the existing buildings, most of which were abandoned despite being partially used for agricultural activities. Following the strengthening and expansion of the farming business, the development provides for the creation of the new headquarters of the agricultural company together with additional facilities supporting production activities, including machinery storage areas, agricultural workshops, warehouses, hay barns, and the reconstruction of residential buildings for farm workers and their families.
The architectural design recreates the traditional courtyard farmhouse typology while respecting the existing architectural language and rural building traditions.
